What Does This Tour Package Offers?

We are offering "worry free" complete tour packages to tourists who would want to visit the different and wonderful places in Cebu City and spend an exciting whole day touring the countryside of Bohol. These tour packages are already inclusive of:
  1. Courtesy airport/seaport transfers on arrival and departure.
  2. Entrance fees for most of the itinerary destinations; some exceptions apply.
  3. Overnight stay at Luzviminda Pensionne (view website) or similar budget hotel/pension house class for two (2) nights, located in the heart of Cebu City with air-conditioned standard deluxe room accommodation.
  4. Complimentary Breakfast(s): on the day of Cebu City Day Tour (Day 1, check-in time must be before 7AM) and on the day of travel for Bohol Countryside Day Tour (Day 2); optional - on the free third day for airport/seaport departure (Day 3 included if check-in on Day 1 is after 7AM otherwise extra day breakfast has to be pre-arranged).
  5. Dinner meal at Mr. A Restaurant (Day 1), with ala carte (order menu) style and budget of PHP200 per person.

  1. Payments using PayPal instant payment must be made in full and at least more than one (1) month before date of tour and avail of 10% discount from published rates.
  2. Get a "Money Back Refund Guarantee" for refund and cancellation request made at least more than three (3) weeks before date of tour; less than that a PHP2,500 (US$62.50) processing fee amount will be deducted from the refund proceeds.
  3. For security and reference purposes, we would require that the PayPal account must be "verified", PayPal account or credit/debit card holder must be among the persons availing the tour package, and scanned copy of two (2) valid identification issued by any government agency.
  4. Peso to Dollar Conversion Rate is fixed at US$=1.00 to PHP40.00 to allow variable changes to daily currency fluctuations and differences in bank adjustment rates.
These are the basic rates for the tour packages. Rates are fixed. No additional payments (unless exceeds package inclusions). Absolutely no hidden charges. Prices may vary according to peak seasonal rates and subject to change without prior notice.

We suggest to book a flight that would arrive at Cebu between the hours of 4 to 6AM to maximize the Day 1 Tour and departure from Cebu should be between the hours of 11AM to 12NN to maximize the Day 3 Tour. Start of Cebu City Day Tour will be between the hours of 8 to 9AM to maximize Cebu City experience. Start of travel for Cebu-Tagbilaran departure will be by 6AM to maximize your Bohol Countryside experience. Start of Bohol Countryside Day Tour will be between the hours of 8 to 9AM to maximize Bohol Countryside experience. Start of travel back to Cebu City for Tagbilaran-Cebu departure will be by 6PM to maximize your Bohol Countryside experience.

Please be advised that no double discounting will be availed, as such: Package Discounts cannot be applied together or over Individual Discounts and vice-versa.
  1. To avail any of the Package Discounts, the tour package must booked and confirmed at least more than (1) month or two (2) weeks, respectively, prior to date of tour. Tour dates must be during non-peak season and does not include any identified high and peak season dates.
  2. Senior Citizen, Disabled Citizen, and Student discounts are applicable only to Filipino citizens. Foreign individuals and international tourists cannot avail of such discounts.
  3. Senior or Disabled Citizens and Children are limited up to 3 persons in a group or limited to up to 1/4 of the total number of persons in the group, whichever is higher. Should there be more than these limitations, we can customize the tour package to be more site friendly and convenient for the accompanying senior or disabled citizens and children.
  4. Children must be accompanied by an adult, with a 1 child is to 1 adult ratio, the adult will avail of the full package price per person.
  5. Scanned copy of front and back of any valid identification (ID) issued by any government agency (for senior and disabled citizens) or respective educational institution (for students - must be accompanied with certified study load) has to be submitted prior to avail of discounts. Likewise, upon request of our partner tour establishments and hotels such ID or documents must also be presented for verification purposes.
  6. To avail any of the Individual Discounts, advance payment of 50% deposit must be made at least one (1) month before the tour date.

Highly Recommended Restaurants and Food Choices

When in town, you definitely would need to try and visit some of these excellent restaurant and food choices during your stay in Cebu City:
  1. Sutukil in Mactan - SU-TU-KIL means "SUgba" grilled foods; "TUwa" boiled foods; and "KILaw" raw foods; The restaurants there offer fresh variety of seafoods that you can point and select and they will cook for you at desired cooking, either Sugba, Tuwa, or Kilaw. Just a warning, their service is a bit expensive but they surely offer delicacies that shouldn't be missed while you are here in Cebu.
  2. Golden Cowrie in Salinas Drive/SM City Cebu/Ayala Center Cebu - If you like to have Filipino foods then this restaurant is worth the visit. They offer all kinds of Filipino and native Cebu dishes. Ambiance is excellent and the pricing is very affordable.
  3. AAA's Barbeque in Salinas Drive/Plaza Independencia - This restaurant is a semi-self service restaurant that lets you select which foods to have grilled or boiled. Their best selling plate is the pork barbeque and the fish stew. Food prices are very affordable.
  4. Casa Verde in Ramos Area/Ayala Center Cebu - This is a fine dining restaurant that offers a wide variety of Filipino and Foreign inspired dishes. Their house specialty is the Baby Back Ribs. Prices are about moderately affordable.
  5. Chicken Jo's Inato in Salinas Drive/Ramos Area/Capitol Area - This is a semi-fine dining restaurant offering Filipino dishes. The house specialty is the Chicken Barbeque and their yummy dessert Fresh Buko Halo-Halo in an actual whole buko fruit.
  6. Ching's Palace in Salinas Drive - If you are craving for some authentic Chinese foods then this is your destination restaurant. They have available Pecking Duck and their best cuisine is Pancit and Chinese Humba with QuaPao.
  7. Mooon Cafe in M.Velez/Ayala Center Cebu - a haven and retreat for the food lover in you. Their specialty is the Steak Ala Pobre, which is a must try for every Cebu tourist. The place offers cozy and private ambience for enjoyment of your meal with the company of the tour group for small chit-chat and rounds of picture taking.
  8. CNT Lechon in Guadalupe Area - never leave Cebu without having the taste of the original flavourful Cebu made lechon, the restaurant has a quaint and simple arrangement but is conveniently located along a major thoroughfare. You can order lechon on a half kilo or whole kilo plates and request for big slices of those crunchy and mouthwatering lechon skin.


Tour Package Details

In Cebu City, you will be staying at Luzviminda Pensionne (Like the official Facebook Page) or similar budget hotel/pension house class, which provide transient accommodations for tourists visiting Cebu at a very budget friendly rates. Each room has its own toilet and bathroom, and has a capacity of 4, 6, 8, or 10 persons depending on the size of the group and room assignment. Rooms are a mix of queen size bed and double deck American standard sized beds. Sleeping blankets and bathroom towels will be provided. Soap, shampoo, and other toiletries will be available upon request at no additional charge. Likewise, should you want to prepare and cook your own meals you may use of our kitchen area at no additional charge. We can provide the cooking pots and pans. But please provide for the group the plates, spoons and forks, and glasses/cups. There is a nearby grocery store where these disposable items can be purchased.

For complimentary breakfasts, you have the following choice of meals, which already include rice, egg (sunny side-up or scrambled), and a choice of either milk, juice, or coffee, as such are: Corned Beef, Longanisa, Danggit, Hotdog, Soriso, Bangus, Beef Tapa, Bacon, Lumpia Shanghai, and Meatloaf meals. These meals are prepared and cooked only after selection and ordering. Some of the meals may become not available on the day of serving.

Since we have only included in the tour package two (2) nights accommodation, for the duration of your stay at Luzviminda Pensionne or similar budget hotel/pension house class in Cebu City -- therefore we can only provide two (2) complimentary breakfasts for every person. Kindly advise us what meal would you want in your breakfasts, if you have any food type restrictions, you need to have it pre-arranged so we can prepare in advance. Charges may apply for additional breakfast meals.

For the Bohol inter-island travel will be via OceanJet Fast Craft ferry from Cebu City to Tagbilaran City and vice-versa. On the date of tour, the time of departure from Cebu will be 6:00AM and the time of departure from Bohol will be 6:00PM. The tour group will be provided with a Tourist Class (Aircon) seat accommodation, but this would depend on peak seasons and availability of seats for that specific trip schedule. Otherwise the next available will be a Open Air (Non-Aircon) seat accommodation. You will need to provide us your complete passenger listing, indicating the full name with age and gender of every persons in the tour group including any children or infants.

Regarding the assignment of persons for the transportation that will be used for the duration of travel and tour both in Cebu and in Bohol, to the intended tour itineraries and destinations only, this will be vehicle arrangement and with the following transport service conditions:
  • for group of up to two (2) to three (3) persons, they will be assigned with one (1) Car; more than that
  • for group of up to four (4) to six (6) persons, they will be assigned with one (1) SUV; more than that
  • for group of up to nine (9) to ten (10) persons, they will be assigned with one (1) Van; more than that
  • for group of up to sixteen (16) to eighteen (18) persons, they will be assigned with two (2) Vans or one (1) Coaster; more than that
  • for group of up to twenty (20) to twenty-two (22) persons, they will be assigned with one (1) Coaster; and
  • for group of up to for group of forty (40) to forty-two (42) persons, they will be assigned with two (2) Coasters or one (1) Bus; more than that
  • for group of up to for group of fifty (50) to fifty-two (52) persons, they will be assigned with one (1) Bus; and so on.
All vehicles that will be used are for touring and registered with the Department of Tourism, thus we adhere strictly to the following policies: non-smoking inside the vehicle; one passenger in one seat (no free standing and no lap seating); touring speed limit of 40-60km/hr; non-smoking uniformed presentable, and courteous driver; and among others. This is to ensure that the tour in Cebu and in Bohol will be both safe and comfortable. The tour group will have an exclusive use of transport for ~12 hours transport service for Cebu City Day Tour (Day 1), drop-off at Cebu Seaport for Cebu-Tagbilaran departure (Day 2), ~8 hours transport service for Bohol Countryside Day Tour (Day 2), and pick-up at Cebu Seaport from a Tagbilaran-Cebu arrival (Day 2). For every excess thereafter there will be an additional charge of PHP500 per hour per car/suv/van, PHP1,000 per hour per coaster, or PHP1,500 per hour per bus. Courtesy airport/seaport transfers will likewise be provided.


Reservation and Payment

Should you decide to book and reserve our packages, we would require a 50% down payment which can be made either one (1) month or two (2) weeks in advance of the scheduled date of tour -- in order to avail of our discounted packages. Please be advised that for payments made via bank deposit this may incur inter-branch deposit service charge. Likewise, for amounts sent via instant payment money remittance services, there will be corresponding amount payable for using such remittance service. Peak and Non-Peak Season Limitations

The prices indicated and quoted above reflect prevailing rates for non-peak season only. These rates does not include prices and packages for tour dates such as those falling within three (3) days before and after the Sinulog Festival (in Cebu), Valentines Day, Holy Week, All Saint's and All Soul's Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Should prices markedly change or package inclusions change or differ from what was described, you will be informed of such change prior to your package avail. Prices of any of the tour packages indicated herein may change without prior notice.


Reschedule of Tour Package

Tour packages can be rescheduled for earlier or later tour date, subject to the following provisions and conditions:
  • Rescheduling for an earlier or later tour date must be made more than 2 weeks (14 days) before start of the initial scheduled date of tour, such rescheduling will be gladly entertained.
  • Rescheduling made in between these range of days before the scheduled date of tour will incur a surcharge fee of PHP2,500 or 5% of the total amount of the tour package, whichever is higher.
  • Rescheduling made less than 1 week (7 days) before the scheduled date of tour will not be entertained.


Changes in Tour Package

Tour package inclusions can be changed or modified, in terms of scheduled inclusions, itineraries, and destinations, which will be subject to the following provisions and conditions:
  • Changes in the inclusions of the tour package must be made more than 1 week (7 days) before start of the initial scheduled date of tour, such changes will be gladly entertained.
  • Changes made less than 7 days before the scheduled date of tour will incur a surcharge fee of PHP2,500 or 5% of the total amount of the tour package, whichever is higher.
  • Changes made less than 3 days (72 hours) or on the scheduled date of tour will not be entertained.
Changes, either addition or subtraction, in the number of persons availing the package or the inclusions in the package itinerary will be allowed in a case-to-case basis and will be subject to package rate re-computations and adjustments. Surcharge fee of PHP2,500 or 5% of the total amount of the tour package, whichever is higher -- may be applicable.


Refund of Tour Package

In case, in the event of a request for a refund, approval and issuance of such will be subject to the following circumstances:
  • Request for Refund made at least more than 3 weeks (21 days) before start of actual date of tour will be availed of 100% refund of the 50% deposit payment made; less than that
  • Request for Refund made at least more than 2 weeks (14 days) before start of actual date of tour will be availed of 50% refund of the 50% deposit payment made; less than that
  • Request for Refund made 1 week (7 days) before, 3 days before, or on the date of tour will not be availed of any refund.
But in cases of force majeur, like: earthquakes, typhoons, floods, local unrest, flight cancellations or long delays, and the like that are beyond control, the refund of deposit payment will be subject to a case-to-case basis. As such, we will not be held liable of the results of such events and for not being able to provide services. All approved request for refund will be subject to a processing fee of PHP2,500 or 5% of the total amount of the tour package, whichever is higher, amount of which will be deducted from the total refund proceeds.
